Eight members of the Society took on Abridge Golf Club yesterday and recorded an outstanding victory winning by 11 points to 4. The course certainly brought out the best in some of our players with Jonny Bentwood shooting seven shots better than his handicap and Stephen Yarros returning to his old club and playing extremely well. 

 

Congratulations to Scott Wilson, Adrian Simons, David Carman, Andy Hoffbrand, Gavin Kramer, Steven Yarros, Johnny Bentwood and Nick Naftalin. As always, the Abridge players were extremely hospitable and we are already looking forward to next year's match which we hope will be bigger and better involving more players from each team.

 

Our final event of the year is our Autumn Meeting to be held at Finchley Golf Club on Sunday the 8th October.
